My Specialties include meeting the needs of homebuyers, including those relocating to OBX, baby boomers, and retirees.
I started vacationing on the Outer Banks in 1982, bought my first OBX house in 1995 and finally relocated to Kitty Hawk in January 2004 with my wife, Eileen. Eileen and I have two married sons, Steve and Mike, who are both REALTORS®. We have three grandchildren, two granddaughters and one grandson.
I retired from public transportation industry after successful 30-year career. Graduated with B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University and M.S. in Transportation from Northwestern University.
The physical beauty of the Outer Banks is very special, such as ocean waves coming on shore; sunrise on the ocean; sunset on the bay; night sky full of stars and a brilliant moon; pelicans skimming above the water; and dolphins making acrobatic moves just off shore.
