Sun Realty was established in 1980, with humble beginnings in a small building at the site of the current Kill Devil Hills office. Since then, through the loyal support of our clients, guests and property owners our company has grown to 7 office locations spanning the entire Outer Banks. We’re delighted with the support you have shown us, allowing us the success we have achieved.

Our growth and longevity are the result of our dedication to a high level of customer service, a lot of hard work and a love of the Outer Banks and sharing that love with our guests.
