Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Virginia Commonwealth University. This background enables her to offer her clients a thorough understanding of the current real estate market including marketing, financing, and investment opportunities. In addition, as an interior designer, she is able to help her clients see a home’s potential both on the interior, including elements such as floor plans, spatial relations, furnishings, and fixtures, as well as the exterior elements of the home.
Kim vacationed in the Outer Banks for many years before moving to the beach. She now lives in Colinton with her husband, her daugther and 2 black Labradors.
