Theresa Christian is a licensed North Carolina real estate broker serving all of the Outer Banks and surrounding areas. She has a true love for the culture, history, and laid-back lifestyle the region offers, having enjoyed vacations here for more than 30 years. In 2013, Theresa moved her family to the Outer Banks from Richmond, Virginia, where she also held an active real estate sales license.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, she owned and operated a successful small business.
